Shoot the Chef is the educational video platform for those schools involved in culinary arts. In this virtual learning environment you can discover a wide range of culinary videos and other digital materials. Hospitality schools from around the world participate in Shoot the Chef. Students can connect to a digital video library for anything related to culinary arts. Students and Teachers alike can interact with their peers and learn from each other.

European competence Grid

All videos are indexed according to a European competence grid, developed by a consortium of hospitality schools. The 3-level index allows teachers to show relevant materials for students in the right phase of their education. Visit the "useful docs" section to review the competence overview indexed per level.

Develop your own class resources

Teachers can customize their own classes by combining different videos and materials in any possible way. You decide to whom you make these classes available; either your students or the entire Shoot the Chef audience.

As Shoot the Chef has a You Tube-like format, we encourage you to share your materials whenever possible. We all learn from each other.
